Setting Up Your Dialup Account with Windows 98 to Windows 2000

5. In the Internet Options Dialog Box, change the home page to emcs.net
6. Click on the Connections Tab on the top. The white box to the left
should be empty. If it isn't and you're not sure what is in there, follow
the directions below. If it's an old Internet connection, make sure
it's highlighted and click on remove on the right, then OK. Once the
box is either empty or you're leaving what's there alone, click on the
Setup button on the top right.
7. This brings up the Internet Connection Wizard. Choose the bottom
or third option: I want to set up my Internet Connection manually, or
I want to connect through a local area network (LAN). Click Next.
8. Choose the top option: I connect through a phone line and a modem.
Then click Next.
