9. Enter the local number for your area. You should NOT be using the
area code or country code. If there is a check mark in the tiny box
underneath the country/region name and code, REMOVE IT. Everything should
be greyed out except your local number. Then click Next.
10. Enter your username and password in all lower case (make sure there
are no spaces at the beginning) in the correct fields. Click Next.
11. You can either leave the name that is already there or change it
to EMCS. Choose whatever is easiest for you to remember or recognize.
Click Next.
12. You have two choices. Choose Yes and setup Outlook Express email
or choose No and get your email from EMCS home page.
